I got signed up and approved weeks ago. I only see orders after they've been claimed by someone else and my only option is to be backup. No notifications whatsoever. I followed the prescribed fix through the chat bot and deleted then reinstalled. Still nothing. I can understand if there's not enough orders to go around, but to not be notified at all? I have zero chance of getting any work from here which is disappointing.

It's a good app for a start up/newish company competing in the delivery app market. Support is great. They check in on you if there seems to be a delay/issue so you can explain any trouble on route such as address is inaccurate. It would be great if drivers could see more detail of route ahead of time, like how far is each house from next stop. Then 5 stars. Other than that, no complaints. Its a nice side hustle that could be full time if you can work all 3 pickup locations on different days.

I want to leave more stars but I am incredibly disappointed with how they handle their pay to their drivers. I worked for them for the first time and was given a 3 hours delivery route through gig smart. at the 3 hour mark I still had deliveries left so I called to check in and got no response. Bc it's food and I was well into my route I finished anyway and submitted my ADJUSTED time sheet. They have approved it at the last possible hour, still no communication and I have been underpaid.
