It's a good app for a start up/newish company competing in the delivery app market. Support is great. They check in on you if there seems to be a delay/issue so you can explain any trouble on route such as address is inaccurate. It would be great if drivers could see more detail of route ahead of time, like how far is each house from next stop. Then 5 stars. Other than that, no complaints. Its a nice side hustle that could be full time if you can work all 3 pickup locations on different days.

I want to leave more stars but I am incredibly disappointed with how they handle their pay to their drivers. I worked for them for the first time and was given a 3 hours delivery route through gig smart. at the 3 hour mark I still had deliveries left so I called to check in and got no response. Bc it's food and I was well into my route I finished anyway and submitted my ADJUSTED time sheet. They have approved it at the last possible hour, still no communication and I have been underpaid.

it tells you to sign up to be a driver and to upload all the necessary documents tells you to schedule a 15 minute onboarding call and after choosing it to hit submit. Then I did that and hit submit and then it says we will notify you when we are looking for drivers in your area. Well if your not hiring why are you advertising in my area and then taking me that far in the app to become a driver and drop the whole set up process when I fill it out a complete application and set up an onboarding
