This app only fools customers. I had booked a flight ticket through their site, and when the flight was canceled, they didn’t inform me at all. I came to know about the cancellation only after reaching the airport. When I called customer care, they sent me the cancellation email at that time. When I requested them to arrange another flight, they offered me one after two days, even though it was very important for me to travel to my destination that day. This app is completely unreliable.

The customer support never works. I paid full cancellation charges for my train and still the amount was deducted. The customer support constantly shows something is wrong, please try later. It has been showing the same response for three days straight and when I reached out to the customer care specialist they said it's a glitch and it never happens usually, but from what I see in the reviews, it's a very common problem for most people using this app.

Worst Experiences: Unconfirmed Tickets & Shortchanged Refund I'm still fuming about the absolutely terrible experience I had booking tickets online. It was a complete disaster from start to finish. I booked two different tickets from this app, but both did not get it confirmed. in the refund time I received less amount as compared to paid time.. I will suggest that everyone don't use this app for tickets booking
