Four times in 2 days, there was no alert of me getting an order, but suddenly I got alerted that the passenger had canceled the ride. Ruining my attempt for points

The most glitchy app ever. 1stly is the pickup button which you can only click on at the exact pick up location. 2ndly i wonder what is that stupid "Pause" button for? It is so redundant, calls will still come in every single time which caused a major distraction and hazard when im driving as i need to use the GPS, every time a new call comes in i need to free up my hand from the steering wheel to reject the job due to maybe wanting to take a break after the current ride.

Mostly getting Very Low Fares earning and very slow job coming in ever since the latest update, despite Our acceptance rate is 100% and rating is 5 stars in Premier Tier. No Back to Back jobs... Disappointed...
