Sometime the server are down. Please maintained it properly. As a driver, it just such a waste if you maintained your 5 star rating performance, but your server algorithm didn't gave us priority or benefits in getting orders. Please add the cancelation fee feature to the customer if the driver has already on the pick up point but the customer didnt show up even its already chat & call, & the driver is already waiting for 15 minutes. Driver has already spent effort in time & gasoline. Thank you.

Good app... somehow, need some additional feature such as texting customer to say thanks when they send tips promptly... overall so far so good

New update application for gosend does't show item spesification, so must receive first to know item detail, it's so disappointed for driver, and many people choose weight but the dimension so big, if want a fair work please the application can submit picture, dimension, weight detail, same of other logistic partner
