I got an order for 'GoCar Hemat' with a pickup location 6.2 km away from me. And I have no option to cancel the order except 'I don't want to take the order', which will impact my performance. The app was going crazy.

Seharusnya map di aplikasi bs lebih applicable utk membantu driver menuju titik jemput/tujuan dan trip berikut. existing map terlalu kecil skalanya dan driver harus membuka aplikasi map lain. Dan saat idle (posisi menunggu order) maybe you can make the vehicle direction to point up like regular map apps, and not point down/left/right as it is a constant map position.

Hai Kak Dony, mohon maaf atas kendalanya. Silakan clear cache aplikasi Gojek melalui pengaturan HP, pastikan aplikasi sudah versi terbaru, lalu restart perangkat Kakak. Pastikan juga koneksi internet stabil dan ruang penyimpanan mencukupi, ya. Jika kendala masih berlanjut, silakan laporkan melalui menu Bantuan di aplikasi Gojek Driver. ^Melodi

Recently keeps getting SUPER Low Earning jobs...! 39km journey, gets $29 earning fare only. Beggar Price earning for us drivers. Jobs very few also and Mostly Pick-Up Distance are More Than 3km away. No Wonder so many Drivers jumped over to Drive for other Platforms... I think i should do the same like others also...
