Ratings and reviews

I have been scanning in receipts for the last couple of years, 10 seconds in and out, no problem. Redeeming the points worked just as easily. So then came the update. It now takes 10 to 15 seconds for the app to even start. Then big surprise it doesn't work. All you get is a message that there has been a network error. Thank you Golden Corral.

Golden Carral is our go to for celebratory family dinners big and small. The reward program is wonderful however the app is extremely annoying as it will send you a notification of a promotion or special when you click on the it takes you to the "inbox" that is outdated and doesn't include what the notification was about. Example is it said "Dine today save later, $5 off". I click to see the details of the getting $5 off. Nothing in the app mentions it at all. It happens everytime. Fix pls!

The only reason this app has such a high rating is because a lot of people are rating it as the restaurant itself and not the app itself. That being said, the app is complete garbage. For months I havent been able to log in despite being able to on the computer, because when I try I get an error message and a bunch of garbled up text that looks like code (I wish I could attach images). And this has made me not want to order at your restaurant.
