Logging on every time you start the app. So frustrating. Sometimes it does not even log you on. Sometimes, you have to re-add your favorite clubs again. The new format of viewing the classes is horrible. This app needs a do-over
This is a step backwards in usability from the previous version. Favourite location list is gone, which I used frequently as I travel. Class list takes work to find. Why make us log in?? Not user friendly at all.
You have to log in EVERY SINGLE TIME you launch this app. Useless. We also need more than 5 favourite clubs, I live within walking distance of at least 10 and it's really annoying to search for classes at clubs I can't add to my favourites. Also, when you select a class, the location is listed at either Co-Ed or Women's instead of the actual location, so if you add it to your calendar, the location information is wrong.
This app is easy to use. I can view classes by selecting the club's I visit the most frequently. I haven't had to log in more than once like some of the other users.
Horrible app. You have to login each time the app starts. Ridiculous. I expect more from a company like GoodLife.
I wish the the class schedule viewing resembled the website, it's has a much easier process. I also think it should have more member portal features, linked with our profiles in the club system. Being able to access personal training sessions or purchase clips through the app would be amazing! A "contact a trainer" button would be so cool! It could link you with the fitness manager at one of your favourite clubs, and would be a really easy way to get started with personal training in club.
