GOODLIFE ON-DEMAND: Being a GoodLife Fitness member has its perks. Designed by certified Personal Trainers, GoodLife On-Demand gives you Workouts, Training Plans, and Virtual Classes with step-by-step instructions to help you stay safe and make the most of your workouts at the gym or at home.

TRAINING PLANS: A series of Workouts arranged over a longer timeframe time (can range from 7-Day challenges to 12-Week Plans) to help you stay consistent, motivated, and working towards your health and fitness goal.

Members with On-Demand Plus access have over 50 Training Plans.

ON-DEMAND WORKOUTS: Workouts consist of a collection of exercises carefully curated to help you know exactly what to do when working out. Every Workout includes the reps & sets as well as form demonstrations, rest times, and trainer cues. And the best part? Workouts can be completed at your own pace at the gym, at home, or even outside!

GoodLife members with On-Demand Plus have access to 150+ Workouts, including partner content from Regymen, and new Workouts being added every week to help you reach your health and fitness goals.

ON-DEMAND VIRTUAL CLASSES: Similar to in-club Virtual Fitness, with On-Demand Virtual Classes follow your trainer as they guide you through a variety of workouts styles. Whether you're looking for cycling, yoga, or HIIT, On-Demand Virtual Classes can be done at the gym, or in the comfort of your own home - you can even cast to select smart devices!

Members with On-Demand Plus have access to 550+ Virtual Classes, including partner content like Les Mills, SoulBody Barre, and Pound.

GROUP FITNESS BOOKING: Book your class, or join the waitlist for your favourite Group Fitness and Performance workouts ahead of time, right here in the app.

DIGITAL CLUB ACCESS: The app generates a unique barcode, allowing you to scan into any GoodLife Fitness location using your smartphone—making Club access easier and safer.

This app is dreadful. I have a long list of problems; too many for this space. I see 6 slots taken out of 10; 4 available, I try to book, gives me an error message. I refresh, 4 are still available, but I cannot book. It only keeps 2 of my 5 favourite clubs; when I refresh, I gives me a random list of clubs. Whoever developed or updated this app should be shot in front of members outside a club. 😆 Waste of time.

Extremely poor functionality; often, unusable for hours at a time and, unlike any sensible mobile app, doesn't stay logged in, which is a shame since the login functionality is what breaks with the greatest frequency. Additionally, it is clunky in its deaign evern when fully functional; changing the week in which one wants to book to be the next calendar week is slow and aggravating. Booking and calendar remain unintegrated. Luckily, not indicative of gym quality, or I would want my money back!

Really do love the new updates. The UI is much better with a better look and feel. It also takes care of my No 1 irritant- having to figure out the earliest time to book for class that get filled up in a min of being available. Kudos to the digital team for listening to the customer
