The overall experience since the past 4+ years with the app. The reasons for 1 star is for the support team & the misconduct by your sales executive. Your sales executive misinformed and lied about the SoundPod charges. was clearly told that the SoundPod was completely free, with 0 setup fees and no monthly rental. However, within 30 minutes of setup I contacted support to confirm the same. I was told setup fees will be deducted & nothing will be done abt it

very worst app for business. I am facing very bad experience in this app my All the settlement amount is settled in my blocked account and I have raised a request to change bank account but bank account is not changed yet , 5days passed but bank is showing under review. i have talked many executive but my bank account is not successfully added yet. only showing under review.

The only reason I would give this app a 1 star is because of the fraud these salesmen are doing. the soundpod was never asked for, I clearly told it is not needed and I dont want a subscription, yet it was deducted on day 1 of my service. Absolutely unacceptable stuff.
