I'm sure the app is fine but don't bother with customer support. I inquired as to why delivery wasn't available to my home given that I am within a mile of a hub. They said they need a clear area the size of a picnic blanket. I sent photographs and supporting documentation showing that I have roughly five times as much space as they require. Now just generic 'we may expand to your city soon' emails. Yep....not the problem at all guys.

The service itself is fantastic. But after accidentally getting my promo codes revoked for having my number on more than one account I can no longer get customer support to respond to me. I tried ordering medicine for my child and my order got canceled twice saying they were having "technical issues" even though the app was still open for delivery. It just seems at this point not only can I not get a response from customer support but I can no longer use the app at all. Terrible experiences.

really love the idea of the service. a couple things are missing right now in the app #1 you can't move the delivery site or have more than one option for delivery. it auto picks the spot which happened to be in the middle of a tree on my yard according to their satellite image. luckily the tree had been cut down so it works, but I would much rather have been able to pick a spot in my fenced in back yard #2 - need order queue or save order vs being bounced out if they are too busy
