I placed an order on a nice clear day. After 2 hours of the order sitting in "preparing order" status, I emailed support to get some sort of feedback. I got no response from customer service but my order was cancelled right after I sent the email. The app still shows that they are taking orders - there is no indication as to why my particular order could not be completed.

Walmart in my area is using this service. Downloaded, found a couple things I wanted, then it wouldn't let me add more. "Oops! Something went wrong!" No further info. Fine, I went to check out. It wants to deliver to our tiny back yard instead of our much larger front yard. Fine, fine. Then it wouldn't let me enter a form of payment. At all. No matter what I did, the Add Form Of Payment button wouldn't activate after entering my card info. Multiple cards. So, I wasted my time entirely.

really love the idea of the service. a couple things are missing right now in the app #1 you can't move the delivery site or have more than one option for delivery. it auto picks the spot which happened to be in the middle of a tree on my yard according to their satellite image. luckily the tree had been cut down so it works, but I would much rather have been able to pick a spot in my fenced in back yard #2 - need order queue or save order vs being bounced out if they are too busy
