The service itself is fantastic. But after accidentally getting my promo codes revoked for having my number on more than one account I can no longer get customer support to respond to me. I tried ordering medicine for my child and my order got canceled twice saying they were having "technical issues" even though the app was still open for delivery. It just seems at this point not only can I not get a response from customer support but I can no longer use the app at all. Terrible experiences.

I ordered some green tea today just for my kids to see the drone deliver it. Before I could get them to put their shoes on, the package was on the ground. 🏃 It was a stop, drop and gone in less than 60 sec ⏱️ The arrival time the app showed is an estimate. Our drop was off by about 25 or 30 sec. So if you want to see it be out beforehand. Overall, the whole process was quick and easy. You just need to be within the delivery range.

Just used Wing Delivery for the first time, and it was a really cool experience. It's amazing how the technology enables such fast delivery, and everything worked exactly as expected. Watching the drone make the delivery was honestly half the fun. The whole process was smooth, easy, and surprisingly efficient. My maiden voyage was a success, and I'm looking forward to using it again in the future.
