I placed an order on a nice clear day. After 2 hours of the order sitting in "preparing order" status, I emailed support to get some sort of feedback. I got no response from customer service but my order was cancelled right after I sent the email. The app still shows that they are taking orders - there is no indication as to why my particular order could not be completed.

I'm sure the app is fine but don't bother with customer support. I inquired as to why delivery wasn't available to my home given that I am within a mile of a hub. They said they need a clear area the size of a picnic blanket. I sent photographs and supporting documentation showing that I have roughly five times as much space as they require. Now just generic 'we may expand to your city soon' emails. Yep....not the problem at all guys.

Walmart in my area is using this service. Downloaded, found a couple things I wanted, then it wouldn't let me add more. "Oops! Something went wrong!" No further info. Fine, I went to check out. It wants to deliver to our tiny back yard instead of our much larger front yard. Fine, fine. Then it wouldn't let me enter a form of payment. At all. No matter what I did, the Add Form Of Payment button wouldn't activate after entering my card info. Multiple cards. So, I wasted my time entirely.
