The app seriously needs work. It often sends me a new order immediately after I complete a delivery, even when I'm 20–30 minutes away from the pickup location. If I decline, my streak resets. If I accept, the order gets canceled because I can't get there in time. Drivers shouldn't be penalized for app or GPS issues. Customer support also needs better tools to resolve problems like this. literally it's like no one knows anyway to avoid this issue. it keeps happening.

0.5 is more like this app rating. No tips. (lately) . For me 4 years with them , no improvements. Do you wanna go 25 miles for $2.30 ? I didn't think so !No alcohol , No tobacco like I do with other apps. I was restricted from again doing alcohol and tobacco orders, and it had absolutely nothing to do with me, and after appeals by me and local lead supervisors, it still has never been back to unrestricted orders again , and my ratings and reviews are fine within the app , you can go check ?

this is the most unprofessional delivery service ever, I have had several issues with them, stemming from employees not being at the facility for ready orders, customer support is horrible. never addresses your concern, they don't follow any of their policies and do nothing to correct it. once you bring it to their attention. They drive you around for pennies, you have to solely rely on customers. tips, if customers don't leave you a tip, you'll end up running 10 to 15 trips to get $20.
