The service experience was good, until it wasn't. After completing the sign up process and completing the background check, I worked my first shift. with 1hr left of a 5hrs shift I get a text to do my background check. My account was deactivated to do another background check. Now I have an error in the process and "support" keeps telling me that the system shows I haven't completed the sign up process. No matter how many times I say "BECAUSE THERE IS AN ERROR" I get the same response.

App needs some serious work. Trips display for 2 seconds before disappearing for missed opportunity. Even when you are in the app and slide to accept a trip it will still say yoy missed your chance. My acceptance rate is almost below 50 percent because of this and I periodically am removed from delivering because trips in a row are missed because of this issue... Also there should be more time to deliver, not every route is the best to take and it only goes off the "shortest" options.

Agree with all the one "star" reviews. Gopuff phone apt is horrible. Cannot add blocks of time, the pick up qr code and bar code process should have been in the initial instructions. Yes, GPS is bad as well. My first delivery the customer kept texting me why I did not pick up the order. I text the customer back that the delivery was by the door. I my first delivery never cleared from my phone. As I was waiting in the parking lot for my second delivery, 4 vehicles pulled up and picked up deliveri
