Ratings and reviews

Absolutely awful, the stations won't accept card so you download the app in 105 degree weather only for it to fail connecting multiple times but never at the same point in the process so you think there is hope but 30 minutes later sweaty and late for work you give up praying there is enough charge in your car to get you home. If it is not working let me know so I don't waste my time and risk getting melanoma from standing in an unshaded parking lot at noon in the middle of the desert!

Poor, slow and difficult to navigate.

Gave it a 1 of 5 star because there is a 1:5 ratio of actual public stations that actually exist or available to the public. There is no way for users to report non-working stations to the app.

With the Rate a Station feature, drivers can rate their station experience. This will provide transparency to EV drivers and allow us to improve the charging experience.
