So didn't read the reviews before making a purchase and was worried my saving $40 was going to hunt me. We'll to my surprise, day prior to the event I received an email from the venue directly with my tickets, and great tickets at that too! GoTickets also called me the day prior to the event to make sure I received the email with my ticket information. Overall was a great service, great tickets, will use again over and over again without hesitation. Big thanks to the GoTicket team!

Complete scam. They sell the same ticket you bought to many other people. They get paid for all the fake tickets they sell, but when you go to the event, your ticket will already have been used. Fraud. They scammed me for over $700! Buy your tickets from the VENUE directly. Delete this app asap and NEVER use this company. Straight up SCAMMERS.

couldn't access my tickets. would not let me on the app. on phone for over an hour missed the first 3 innings. then a rain delay of it wasn't for that we would've missed everything. all for refund they said no gave me 10% off my next purchase🤣🤣🤣stay away from this site
