I think it's great in concept, and have used it for about 5 years. But the "new and improved" version doesn't open on my phone. I am trying to work with the developers, but so far no progress. I'm hoping they can offer the prior version, which does work Too bad they messed it up, it is great for the city and the public.

I'm always pleasantly surprised how quickly I get a response from the city for questions or requests I make through the app. The design isn't the most beautiful thing, but it's straightforward and works well.

The city does a good job of clearing up trash & graffiti when I report them through this app. Adding a pic to your report helps them take care of things sooner.
