app is great, customer service is NOT. I've made many purchases through the app. its always been smooth and quick. but this past order I made, somewhere along the way during shipping something went wrong. I've contacted customer service MULTIPLE times. I've been given arbitrary timelines to wait for action, I say arbitrary because the timeline of 14 business days came and went and they claim it could take longer. why even give the time line. NOW im told to wait for an unknown amount of time.

New update. Almost every navigation step results in a failed to load message. I've checked and it's not my connection. The update also deleted everything in my cart and my wishlist. Was going to make a purchase but I've lost interest in finding everything all over again. Super disappointed.

I love the app and the way everything's organized. But I dont know if its just with my phone but I was having a mental breakdown because I was signing in and it kept giving me verificationc codes and making me sign in all over again for 30 mins straight. pretty nice app over all
