Ratings and reviews

They have affordable stuff& App looks nice but it doesn't work. Wishlist doesn't show all your selections, can't look through your previous orders and a number of other things. It's can be very frustrating. The app only seems interested in showing you stuff to buy. The website is tad bit better but still has soo many issues. And no, it's not my system or clearing cache or cookies et al- it didn't work. I keep checking in case it's because my app is not updated but this is the most recent update!

I used to really like this app! Lately, however, whenever I try to open the Ardene app, it says "Something went wrong. Please try again". I can't even get into my account without it saying this. I've tried restarting my phone, refreshing the app, and even uninstalling and reinstalling, but nothing has worked. I'm just super disappointed since Ardene is one of my favorite stores to shop at.

I don't understand how an app or website could even be designed so poorly nowadays. I emailed and was told they haven't gotten any other complaints like mine, I find that hard to believe. The app literally won't work for me anymore. First time trying to check out I had to reload and restart my phone. Second time I tried to order it wouldn't go through check out at all and now won't show the order I placed online. The only good thing is that I've gotten glitch discounts before so yay? Lol
