It was an interesting experience. When my ID expired, the app and the card associated with it became unusable as I there is apparently no way to update same on their system.

The option to collect a card in some parishes is not listed. Reached out via live chat, but eventually, I had to opt out because I wasn't receiving any response 😕.

Been trying to add money to this card .and all locations saying their system is down . A bill express assistant even told me that their system is always down 5 days out of the week . Bad service . Customer care is the worst . Cheap company cheap app
