it's awkward for a first time buyer when you install the app, put items in your cart, go to cart and you are ready to place your order that it diverts you out of the app to your browser to setup payment, then you exit the browser to go back to the app to complete your purchase. I don't think I have ever had to do that with any other app, seller, etc. very clumsy. seems like an app developer doesn't quite know how to do what they need to do.

It works for one search then I have to force close the app otherwise it gives me an error when I search again. Even if searching from Google then selecting a Grainger result... it will open with an error. I also get a technical error when trying to sign in. Pixel 9

This app was great now it is just frustrating. I usually order around $15-$20k a month from Grainger now I have to order from other companies because the app and website are so slow or just won't work at all. I just tried to order some materials and I had to log in 4 times then it just stopped working. I don't have time to call orders in. Please fix the issues
