I've been using GH for 2 yrs and really enjoyed up until they changed the mobile app. They got rid of the separate Messages tab and include SMS in Conversations that also include everything else. Not a good move on their part. They also added 2 factor authentication to sign into the desktop app which slows me down. I'm considering using the phone and messaging service from my FSM instead.

The Worst App Ever This company has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a business phone provider. The phone rarely rings properly. Most of the time, you only receive a missed call notification after the call is already gone. And no matter how bad the service no refunds! They take your money for delivering absolutely nothing. Quo all the way!

absolutely trash. as soon as I got a number from grasshopper, I had telemarketers calling me for MONTHS. dozens of times a day. not to mention, getting set up with there SMS was horrid. I had so many times my SMS stopped working and they were clueless as to why. TERRIBLE FOR BUSINESS. I would not recommend.
