Voicemails no longer coming through on the app. Only getting them via email. Also, when trying to scroll through missed calls it constantly jumps back up to the top and is impossible to look at everything. Voice quality is also beginning to be very poor.
Absolute nightmare Grasshopper is holding my phone number hostage, refused to escalate my support ticket to someone else, and refuses to deviate from the script to resolve this issue. Signing up for Grasshopper is quickly becoming a huge regret.
I missed two calls because schedule was turned had phone off, which was right, but the voicemail never picked up. It just hung up. Then when she told me i looked at app history, refreshed, didn't even show she called, until a day later. And can anyone explain the difference between gray or green messages icons and gray and red missed call icons?
Has been great! Seeing some bugs... Sometimes it refuses to make calls. Don't know if it's my phone (Samsung S5) or signal strength or app but it is annoying. I average 1-2 bars at home. I would like to be able to call using more than one grasshopper number. I have 2 accounts.
Annoyed Well set up was pretty easy. Got all my extention numbers set up and the forwarding numbers in place....and now that I'm running test calls I get no ring or call to my phone. The worst part is the Contact Us section in the app is simply a picture (that does nothing) not a button to click and open for support. What good is a business number if I can't talk to the people trying to call?
The app is buggy When trying to use the voicemail feature it crashes, it takes forever to load up the messages, and or it wont let you erase those messages already listened to
