I've been using GH for 2 yrs and really enjoyed up until they changed the mobile app. They got rid of the separate Messages tab and include SMS in Conversations that also include everything else. Not a good move on their part. They also added 2 factor authentication to sign into the desktop app which slows me down. I'm considering using the phone and messaging service from my FSM instead.

Missing/delayed call logs. If i miss a call, i need to open the app and review call info in realtime. Grasshopper has been unreliable with providing this function for at least the last year. After missing 5 calls in a row, i log into the app ~5 minutes later and see no recent calls. It took ~30 minutes for app to sync and show just 1 missed call. All basic troubleshooting steps performed, but it didnt help. After 6 years as a customer, my patience is gone and im looking elsewhere.

The Worst App Ever This company has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a business phone provider. The phone rarely rings properly. Most of the time, you only receive a missed call notification after the call is already gone. And no matter how bad the service no refunds! They take your money for delivering absolutely nothing. Quo all the way!
