Proximity sensor still not working. I previously contacted the developer about this issue and was assured it would be "fixed in the next update"... It has not. In a nutshell... When you hold the phone to your ear to listen to the message from the app the proximity sensor fails to blackout/disable the screen so you get random clicks on the phone from your cheek hitting the screen. Please fix! There have been several updates since I reported this and still no fix. Also it would be good to have a setting in preferences to choose the default behavior of the listen mode between speakers and ear. Thank you.
Since this last update, whenever I try to make an outbound call, it cuts off my speaker and I can't hear anything. I tested it with a friend and she said that she could hear me. This is super frustrating. I never had any complaints until now.
I switched from an iPhone to Android and down loaded the app. I'm having a lot of issues with the app now. I have uninstalled and reinstalled over 5 times and now I'm unable to view faxes and I can not play voicemails. The app works fine on my computer but not my phone.
Installed the app, works great, nice look and layout. It was simple to get connected and start making calls, check voicemail etc...! A++ (Nexus 6)
I can't see my faxes or listen to voicemails in the app anymore.
I just pit it on my phone i can't get in i can not set my id or password i dnt like this app
