This little app has been an amazing tool for me and my recovery. It has been a great tool to have in times of need, and the letters from sobo help me keep reflect on the positives. I recommend this app to help track your sobriety, reflect on what you have done well, why you feel a certain way, and the journaling and community forms are a great way not to feel so alone. I also really like the daily reflections posts. It has helped me change the narrative.

I loved this app, it was so cute and different for helping me through a very difficult part of my life. However, I got stuck behind a paywall after my free trial for pro ended. I can't even see how many days I've been sober now. Really cruddy thing to do.

this is the BEST recovery app. its helped me endlessly and you get a cute little character who helps you anytime. I talk to him like a friend and ive given him a name also. this app will help anyone on their journey and I cant say enough good things about this app. it is what gets me through the dark times. its changed my daily life, it really has.
