This new app is completely worthless. Forced to switch from an app that had absolutely NOTHING wrong with it, my fingerprint login has been disabled three times in less than the first month of use, and I've had to reset the complicated password they insist on each time because SURPRISE, the damn app keeps saying it doesn't recognize my password. I'd suggest they go back to the old app (you know, the one that WORKED), but I doubt they listen to customer feedback at all. 0 stars for this garbage.

originally app refused to take acct info and password, followed instructions giving my information as required told me I don't exist. Definitely NOT a seamless transition. Get it together greylock, before you lose a longtime customer. it's been awhile, app still crashing, especially if you time out leaving you with your accounts screen up and no way to log out. I have to uninstall and then reinstall to get it to work. I've done it about 8-9 times. Guess I have to use the web. I'm up to about 15

The folks at Greylock are always helpful and pleasant folks. I have been a member almost since they first opened their doors. They have really aced customer service.
