• Check your defined contribution account details (i.e. account balances, vested balances)

• Change the contribution rate to your retirement account

Update: The app is working well again. Thank you for fixing the bug! This app used to work well. Now, when I try to open it, I receive an error message stating that something went wrong and the app has a bug. Sometimes, the Principal logo flashes up on the screen, but mostly, I just receive the error. Unfortunately, I have not been able to use the app for several months. Please fix.

Non functional icons all over the place that I click on and nothing happens. Couldn't log me in several times while using correct username and password. Ended up having to change my password to be the exact thing is was before, then let me log in no problem. Definitely don't have these issues when using the website. Won't be using the App anymore.

App looks great and is easy to use. However, you have to be sure to have a phone number set on your account's 2 Factor Authentication Preferences. Without it, I kept getting a generic "Sorry, that didn't seem to work" message when trying to log in - when I called support, they just wanted to reset my password even though my login worked fine on browsers. The error message makes no mention about needing 2 Factor Authentication to be via SMS.
