I always have issue when purchasing tickets. After choosing my methods of payment, and then if I click 'Pay' or anything else, the page will froze and stuck. I waited few minutes also nothing. This have happened sooo many times, it's super frustrating. Which is why I prefer the other cinema better when it comes to apps and convenience. Please fix the app!!!

Payment lagging. I have paid the ticket but it took some time to get the e-tickets. Interface have bugging issue. Take some time to reload list of movie. I think you should spend more money to fix this app or dont prome your apps at all.

it hasn't been working for me all of a sudden. after using it without issues for over a year. I uninstalled and installed it again but still doesn't work. it opens but when I click on profile or other buttons, it's just a black screen. what happened???
