Ratings and reviews

I use the app to check my tickets. The app is slow and stubborn, but it's better than standing at the slow and stubborn scanner at the gas station. Trying to sign up for second chance drawings was nearly impossible. And why are there pop up ads for lottery tickets in the app? It would be different if you could click on them and buy. But no, just pointless pop ups.

I kinda like it & I kinda don't. It freezes up when scanning tickets, and you used to be able to look at scratch-off in detail. You can't do that anymore. And since they've changed the format, you now hafta search the entire gamut to see the availability of grand prizes for scratch-offs. I like the way they had it before. Oh yeah, it would be great if one could check scratch-offs at any time, since they're different from drawn games.

I thought this app. promised more than it delivers. Tried scanning feature, but NO tickets recognised on Second Chance. Entry is slow process. Links do not work especially Dashboard, Entries, etc. Using Samsung 8 Edge. Same results on unlimitwd data, as well as WiFi. Registration would not go through, customer support did not answer, confirmation never sent to Inbox or Spam. Cannot even log out of app. Looks snazzy, but a real dog.
