I enjoy that there's videos to help with the moves a voice over option would be nice to know I'm moving correctly to avoid getting hurt. The sessions are great, being new to working out, they are easy exercises to complete and you are able to adjust the length of time you work out You can also favorite sessions and customize your own out of your fav moves It shows how many calories you burn and helps set a target weight
It has helpful views of that you should be doing, a timer with 3 seconds left at the end of each exercise so you can get ready for the next and 30 second breaks ever 5/6 mins. Its helping me workout at home and the notifications (they can be turned off) keep me motivated.
It is an amazing app. I didn't taught that you become this kind of exercise free. I am burning and enjoying it. I had lots of pain, but no pain no gain
Pretty good app. Im new to working out, so the tutorial clips before each exercise have really helped.
The best but the timer .I think u should put 10 sec rest between each workout
So far so good, haven't signed a subscription yet but it's the first one I have considered and will take the 3 month trial. The free videos are really useful especially if you need quick HIIT workouts
