Ratings and reviews

App is fine, but there's an insanely annoying search glitch where it adds extra words and letter as your typing. It makes it near impossible to type your search. This is literally the only thing wrong with the app but it's so noticeable and annoying that it's crazy it hasn't been fixed in years

decent app, but a bit too marketing heavy. mostly I want to see my account, check my orders, and such. But you have to navigate to those areas, whereas it seems they should be more prominently featured. Rather, the home page is just the guitar center website, geared toward shopping. I get it, I just find it slightly annoying.

The app is good I have no complaints about it it is a little slow sometimes and I do get a message saying connection problems, but over all it's a good app to find out if your nearest store has what you need. I think if they had instrument specific techs on line to help out with question that could be something to make you have a little better experience for beginner musicians or people into music period. There isn't anything like going into the store and hearing the equipment live.
