It was struggling to confirm the profile photo I was trying to set, pressing the tick mark in the upright corner was just not working. Additionally I'd like to add my co-parent on the app, not just me, how can we set this up? edit: now I've messaged the vets, they didn't answer all my questions, closed the chat, now I can't start a new chat. I clicked on start new chat and it goes straight to the closed chat with no option to chat again. Super frustrating this whole app. I called the vets now.

It's a great idea, and good when it works. All too often after typing a message I see "oops, something went wrong, please try again" and then the whole conversation becomes inaccessible. You are left with no idea whether the vet has seen your message or not.

App had an issue with storing photographs of our pets, either when choosing from the phone's gallery or from taking the photo directly in the app, but they appeared the following day. Thanks to support for reaching out.
