FIX YOUR UI. Several assets fall outside of the ability to tap on them. I can't even chat because the text box is below my navigation buttons and I can't save edits because the confirm button is behind my status bars. Otherwise, it seems like it would be a helpful app, but I can't properly use it.

The app is a game changer and makes it so much easier to communicate and get immediate responses. Being a super busy person and not always able to make a phone call, being able to text and get an answer is a life saver.

this is a great service, the reception is always available and no waiting on the phone in a queue as I had with my previous vet practice. it also means that the practice can deal with clients as the enter the practice and respond to me when they can.
