The combination of both App provides vital signs monitoring services to home care patient with connectivity to their assigned healthcare provider. The App allows upload of vital sign data from a set of monitoring devices via Bluetooth, which ensure the accuracy of the vital data. The healthcare provider also has the ability to customize monitoring range for specific patient condition in order to receive appropriate notification.
