About this app

Gymrapp is a hybrid training app for people who lift and run.

Most workout trackers handle one or the other. Gymrapp is a gym log and a running tracker in the same place, so a barbell session and a 10K finally live in one training history.

LOG WITHOUT FRICTION
A workout tracker that handles sets, supersets, circuits, drop sets and intervals natively. Rest timers run in the background. Last session's numbers are already loaded when you start the next one.

SEE REAL PROGRESS
Weight progression and personal records (PRs) for every exercise. Volume, calories and average heart rate per session. A weekly view that splits strength training against cardio.

RUNS TREATED LIKE LIFTS
Pace, elevation, splits and heart rate sync straight from your watch. Running data sits alongside your lifting history instead of in a separate app.

PROGRAMS THAT FIT YOUR GOAL
Hyrox race prep, beginner gym plans, powerlifting programs and efficient full-body routines — workout templates built by athletes.

BUILT AROUND YOUR RACE
Enter your race date and Gymrapp builds a training plan around it, balancing strength work and running volume.

YOUR BODY, TRACKED
Weight, body fat, resting heart rate, HRV, sleep and VO₂ max in one view. Connect a health source to fill it in automatically.

Whether you are starting your first strength program or in the final block before a Hyrox race, Gymrapp keeps the whole picture in one training log.
Lift heavy, run far. Log strength and running in one app, built for hybrid.
