Love the Habit, the app - not AT ALL! While you can add a gift card to your account, it cannot be used IN STORE. IN APP purchases only. Which is kind of sad. Also, I wish this place had rewards points or something. Discounts/Coupons are great but wish there was a little more to this app. That is assuming thier Coupons work in app.. This app/company is going DOWNHILL QUICK!!!!! Deleting this app.

Every time I try to order it tells me to select a pick-up time but there are never any to select. I know the drive thru for this location is still open. If your system is too stupid to know the difference between just the lobby being closed and the entire store, that's a YOU problem. Not ordering again until this is fixed.

app didn't accept my credit card! I went there to order in person. the same cc was accepted there. I never had trouble with this card. The app is buggy. Also I remember it being weird - it makes you think you've completed the order when in fact you haven't. Clicking submit after entering cc info closed the order screen, making me think it was ordered. you have to go back in and click pay. that's when it failed! Also you can't set up payment method beforehand so that it's ready for next time.
