Dumb Dark Patterns. The website will happily let you buy a ticket, but provides no means to modify or cancel. I finally relented and created an account to do so, by following the link in the confirmation email. It didn't connect any rewards like it promised, and despite their policy page, still has no means to cancel. I ended up having to install the app just to cancel.

Pretty well designed overall, but functionality is hit or miss. I've had issues adding payment methods or adding to my gift card balance using physical cards I've been gifted. Adding vouchers shows empty white squares instead of a graphic or something like the physical VIP Gold pass. I always use this app and would love to see always work correctly!!!

Usually this app works fine, at least once you're in the theater and use it to scan. But trying to get tickets, it keeps crashing as I enter my card info. Says "We'll be back soon". Then the seats selected are on hold for 6 minutes and I try again and the same thing...The theater is very close so I'm just going to go purchase ahead of time, but frustrating none the less when you want to try and get specific seats.
