Went through the beginner stage which was good for the free version. I tried the intermediate but the exercises are quite a bitt more complicated. I am not sure if the paid version has a more gradual transition. Also with the complicated exercises, the animation jumps from the move end to the beginning stance with no transition move. Tricky. What is good is a means to change the tempo of the moves by %

Great app for helping me get moving again. Work injury or me down for a long while, and it's hard to get moving again. This app has helped me start getting mobility back. The beginner and intermediate seem to be free so far, but I think you will have to pay for the advanced lessons. It's worth it

I really like it so far. It's easy to learn and understand. I do this before going to work in the morning and there is an option to do a small Tai Chi exercise to help with sleep. I went ahead and paid the $26 forever bc it's cheap, no adds and there are soooo many exercises on there. I'll stick with it. I'm a beginner btw.
