Ratings and reviews

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!! I went to change the dates of my trip, and they canceled it. Now, they will not refund my amount, over $400. I am out because of this app. Just call the hotel instead. This app is a complete scam. Have a problem? there is no customer service number. When I found a number to call, it came up as this shady 3rd party number. Can't stesss enough, do not use this app. learn from others and stay away. UPDATE. The link they sent me for help didn't work. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!

Forget whatever I wrote about the app and couple of years ago! As with many other apps, the more they "improve" it, the worse it gets. I just wrote a thoughtful review of a place we stayed a few weeks ago, and when I tried to add photos, it locked up and bounced me back to the home page. Unfortunately for the hotel, I am not going to rewrite that review. Right now, all the app is good for is telling me what upcoming reservations I have. The rest is useless.

Can't access favorites, rewards are not shown, mapping works only about half the time. To add insult to injury, they've reduced rewards from 10% to 2%, and shipped customer service overseas. UPDATE: Wouldn't have thought it could get any worse, but it has. I've made reservations using this app, only to show up at the hotel and be told they have no record of it, because it was made through a "third party." There's no confirmation number for the hotel to reference, only an "itinerary number."
