Was good until the most recent update. The ability to pay my monthly bill is gone now? And tracking does even work anymore. I use another app at the same time to make sure my GPS is being used and it hasn't been tracking my movement consistently for about a week now. Used to be good from what I hear. Had it for 2 months then they went to yearly plans for a final cash grab on us.

Why am I getting charged full price ($30) on my 7th month of my new infinity plan when the half price ($15) was supposed to be for a full year? And my bill history is showing all July dates, with the last one showing August. These bills won't even load or download. This app is up to date on my phone. If this doesn't get fixed, I'm switching carriers by the end of this month.

False Advertising. This app claims that even if your payment is late you still have cellular data connection but it's *throttled* Mind you this is different from the ability to make calls which works fine. But I had a late payment and they completely disconnected my cellular data service. Like how am I supposed to pay my bill. Today I had a medical emergency and no WiFi --borrowed a frien phone and took care of it was a frustrating experience. I called them out on it and they flat out denied it.
