Was good until the most recent update. The ability to pay my monthly bill is gone now? And tracking does even work anymore. I use another app at the same time to make sure my GPS is being used and it hasn't been tracking my movement consistently for about a week now. Used to be good from what I hear. Had it for 2 months then they went to yearly plans for a final cash grab on us.

Why am I getting charged full price ($30) on my 7th month of my new infinity plan when the half price ($15) was supposed to be for a full year? And my bill history is showing all July dates, with the last one showing August. These bills won't even load or download. This app is up to date on my phone. If this doesn't get fixed, I'm switching carriers by the end of this month.

What started as a free service was slowly fading. After about 1 month or 2, the service transitioned into $1.39 charge every 28th. I was ok with that, and then I got messages that it was transitioning into an "air" plan with no explanation what it was or the charge. It simply said nothing had to be done on my end. I got a charge for $9.58, and good thing I went to cancel that because I would have been charged again in 2 weeks! Please be upfront with the plans from the get-go.
