Update: the support email provided in response to my review was fast, efficient, and got me back up and running. Great support! Was on the free plan, but once they required a credit card for paying the taxes/fees, the app will not allow me to add the card. The costs are acceptable, but even after wiping the data and doing a fresh install, trying to add a card results in the icon spinning indefinitely, almost as if they don't want people on their free plan.

Was good until the most recent update. The ability to pay my monthly bill is gone now? And tracking does even work anymore. I use another app at the same time to make sure my GPS is being used and it hasn't been tracking my movement consistently for about a week now. Used to be good from what I hear. Had it for 2 months then they went to yearly plans for a final cash grab on us.

The app won't let me verify my new email address. when I get to the final step, it just stays on the "verify your email" loading screen, even after I clicked the link several times. I waited for 15 minutes for the loading screen to go away. When I press "contact support" in settings, the app doesn't respond. If this issue isn't resolved when the half priced plan ends, I'm ending my data plan because this is just ridiculous!
