The app itself is only as useful as one' respective resolve. If you truly wish to quit drinking, this app is very helpful. I personally like how through the progression it shows where various parts of your body (liver, grey matter, mental clarity, etc.) are at that stage. I really don't mind the adds; it's not an inconvenience for me and there are not that many.

Good App Layout, Motivational for Dry January. My favorite feature is the "health" achievements gained through consecutive hours, days, weeks etc sober. Like cell regeneration, lowered heart disease risk etc. I've gone back to look at it so many times because I wasn't aware of how many facets of health we're negatively affected by drinking in the first place. Once dry January is up I may continue just to work towards the other milestones in the health achievements.

There are a lot of ads, which is annoying. But I love all the tools, information, & tips! It's really cool to see how your body is changing day by day after becoming sober. Very informative. And the game they have to distract you when you're struggling with a craving is fun. You can track your weight, write in your diary, the list goes on & on. Really great app!
