great selection of drink. must try cloud mango and drink in layers dont mix. on the pricier side but defo better matcha

The app takes in more orders than the store is capable of servicing so you end up going waiting 45 minutes and then they tell you that they ran out of ingredients.. ridiculous set up

really frustrating when the app doesn't let you do the one thing it's downloaded for payments don't go through and wait times at heytea are way too long to justify in person order. extremely poor service
