Ratings and reviews

I had tried to order multiple times through the app, but it keeps my payment selection to google Pay. I want to change and add my own card, still it wont let me. edit: I have been processing my card details to order. Yet it still keeps me out of processing my order as it prevents my card to be recognised. Everytime I try to confirm order, it says payment of $0.00.

The app takes in more orders than the store is capable of servicing so you end up going waiting 45 minutes and then they tell you that they ran out of ingredients.. ridiculous set up

really frustrating when the app doesn't let you do the one thing it's downloaded for payments don't go through and wait times at heytea are way too long to justify in person order. extremely poor service
