Horrible! I had to create a new Gmail account because my old one was in use but there was no way to login and rest it when using new phone number. The scooter kept stopping with error message you are not in the riding zone even when others were riding fine. Then it was impossible to park with "you are not in the parking zone" even when I have been standing right next to all the other scooters

Had a great time with the scooters, however did not realise that the weekly pass I purchased for $32 auto renewed itself so I ended up paying another $32 when I was no longer in the city. I feel that this app could do a better job of notifying people of this, as I never would have selected the option of auto renewal had I known.

Anything positive I could say is overshadowed by how BAD the brakes are. It's almost comical. A light squeeze does almost nothing, then after a few moments, it kicks in all at once! Then it lets off, then on again! It's like the scooter's trying to kill you. And yes, this happened with every one I tried.
