I like the camera, it is exceptional. The camera is only as good as the app that works it, but this app needs some work. The siren alarm in the 'action with alarm' area under the 'alarm ringing linkage...' just keeps going on and on and on forever - I have to turn it off, isn't it supposed to be according to the motion detection only? - needs fixing. What sensitivity sets the alarm off (in the alarm setting area) - 10 20 30? Thanks for considering these things for the future - meanwhile I have to turn it off.

Setup was pretty easy after I watched a you-Tube video on it. My problem is that when it detects motion, it takes a second or so to start recording and by then whatever triggered it is usually gone. Also motion blur is pretty bad when it does record. For example we had a neighbors car window shot out. I have a recording of it and you can tell its a truck but you cant make out the license plate number because of the motion blur (It wasn't going that fast). I cant figure out how to improve it because the documentation is so bad. I wish it would record 2 seconds before the the motion alarm is triggered and 20 or so seconds after the alarm (my ring doorbell does this) and have clear video. Does anyone know of a better app?

The app isn't very user friendly. It isn't a set up and go. In order to get the most effective use out of this app, it requires a lot of technical know how that the average person isn't going to know. For example, to set up sending images and recordings to an email while you are away requires more than just inputting your email. It requires knowing your smtp server and server port among other things. Things like that keep the app and cameras from being user friendly.
