The good is it let's you control your appliances remotely. The bad is automations don't work correctly with my Hisense AC. Temperature automation only functions at certain temperatures, despite the AC unit itself correctly detecting the room temp. For example, the AC will only turn off at 64, 68, 72. Temps in between do not work. If I set 66 in app it will run past and below 66. Certain temperatures are also unavailable in the app. Like 65, 67, 69, 71, 74, 76, 78. It makes little sense.

My AC keeps disconnecting from the wifi and there is no easy solution to reconnect it on the app. Instead it has to be unpaired and forgotten, and then reconnected as a new device. It also takes forever for the main screen to load. Oh and they need to add the "dim" function to the app, because as of now I'm forced to use the remote every night to turn off the bright lights.

Works but interface is not laid out well and missing several settings. For example, left right movement of louver and no way to adjust temp in full auto, which you can do with + / - on remote. Apparently this APP directs data outside of the US. Our Gateway blocks certain countries for security reasons and the APP stopped communicating with the login service so cannot use APP. This information needs to be provided so firewall rules can be set to allow communication.
