What's the point of this thing? Only catered for a small amount of people living in certain countries. I created an account but had to put a mobile number in. My country is not listed so put random numbers in as it wouldn't let me go on. I bought a ticket off a reliable travel website but it won't let me add the trip (even though it recognises that it is a valid trip). It also regularly gets you to update, not optional. Won't let you do anything until updated. App needs a lot of work!!

When the app works smoothly, there's no problem. But it's still incredibly slow. In fact the website is faster. When there is a problem with trying to make a booking or managing a booking, the customer experience is by far one of he worst. The messages are cryptic. The unhappy path flow handling doesn't seem to exist. Update: I can't even use the app if I don't give permission to share my location. This shouldn't matter to use the app to check in. This is poor design and customer experience.

Forever loading... The home pages takes 2 minutes to load, I click into something and it takes another minute to load; when click back onto the home page and then another 2 minutes of loading.... I don't have so much time to wait nor do I dare do anything for fear for having to wait ... And the app doesn't do anything either.... Get a proper app development agency to build the app!
