I've been using tap and go for more than a year, Before it was very easy to use, until one day ask For An upgrade, I have tried hundreds times to upload personal data but It always fails, I called call centre, They said they told me to come to the CSL outlet, I have come there and The staff there said it could be used after an hour, but it's been a week still can't be used Very disappointed with the service. Sorry tap and go, maybe I will delete the account if the problem cannot be resolved.

Does not allow to be used in rooted mobile devices. Does not have landscape mode It cannot receive fund when Pay by Card is disabled. It does not explicitly show the card is locked in home page when pay by card is disabled.

The app doesn't stay open in the background so you can't go back to it if you exit the app. It is so difficult to set up your card with your ID because it doesn't accept it if there is even a sliver of shadow on the card even if it got all the information right. I went to the store to have them set it up after I had apperently tried to much that day they couldn't do anything because they use the app to set up the card, the store called the same hotline that I called and they didn't do anything
