sound has stopped working since i tried out headphones on my Nokia G22. there seems to be no way to fix it. cannot hear incoming calls unless loudspeaker is on - but it keeps turning itself OFF! Then i can't hear callet but THEY can hear ME! Worse problem with YouTube (i have paid-for version) No sound atal on YouTube. Can no longer contact customer care via this app. looking like i will hav2 get a different phone 😞

Useless. Thought the "global"part would mean something. Nothing. Device got a fatal MANUFACTURING FLAW, needed support and only response was Zero help for your region, fend for yourself. Talking my money when buying a product ok. support....meh. Just hollow advertising.

Nokia C1 is mostly a garbage phone. It is great for space and storage but it is a very slow phone, especially when I use the internet; the phone would be prone to freezing and apps automatically turn themselves off (WHICH IS THE MOST FRUSTRATING THING EVER 😠😡🤬). The secret folder in the Files app is also useless, I couldn't keep anything there as the phone would freeze and I wouldn't be able to access my files. I honestly regret buying it.
