I don't really care for this app. it's always having issues. I've been trying for days to get on the Exchange to see if anyone has taken my hours and it hasn't been working. It doesn't allow us to do early outs anymore. Also, if you do a late in it doesn't give you the option to say roughly how late you're going to be. Not very convenient.

This app can't even manage to stay usable even while I'm still at the store. If you go out of range of WiFi (such as Garden or the parking lot) the app gives a connection error and you have to close and re-open the app. And sometimes that isn't even enough and you have to go into settings and force the app to close, and even then it may not start again, giving a meaningless error (even after a reboot).

App constantly logs users out, then won't verify they are human when needing to log back in. Will continuously be stuck in the verify stage for days or weeks on end. I've restarted and refreshed app, logged out of my phone, and even gone as far as to uninstall and reinstall app with same issues recurring constantly. This is extremely unprofessional because we are forced to use this app to view schedules, apply for time off, use sick leave and so many other important things, yet app won't work.
