The HondaLink app has exciting remote control features like Remote Engine Start, Remote Door
Lock/Unlock, and Find My Car. Available for 2018+ Odyssey Touring, 2018-2022 Accord Touring and
2023+ Accord all trims, 2019+ Insight Touring, 2019+ Pilot Touring/Black Edition*, 2019 - 2025
Passport Touring*, 2026+ Passport all trims, 2023+ CR-V Touring Hybrid, and 2023+ Pilot Touring
vehicles. Battery charge monitoring and control is available for Prologue, Clarity Electric and Plug-in
Hybrid vehicles.
*Remote Engine Start is currently not available for 2019-2022 Pilot Touring/Black Edition, 2019 - 2025
Passport Touring vehicles.
HondaLink subscription package may be required.

HondaLink is very disappointing. It uses AT&t cell network to connect to the car which is very unreliable, so the request through Honda link to the car they'll more often than they succeed. Furthermore the cellular connection from the car seems to be extremely poor, much worse than my phone which is also on AT&t which interferes with many of the HondaLink functions. Overall very disappointing experience Update: I'm lowering my rating to 1 star. The constant connectivity issues are terrible.

The app car status is not updated when you 1st open the app. The car status should be up to date every time you open the app, automatically. Also, sometimes it doesn't work. I tried several times to start the car remotely with the app unsuccessfully. Message was it was taking too long. So I cleared app cache and data and logged in again and it still would not allow me to remote start because it said too many attempts were made. Also, tpms status should be updated automatically when app is opened

This app really doesn't do much or add any value. First of all, even though I'm connected to my truck's Bluetooth, the app continues to say that I need to connect to my truck's blue tooth for more features. I've connected several times and finally gave up. It only tells me basic info about my truck such as model and VIN. Big deal. The myQ garage integration is pretty weak when you need to pay $2 a month you have a garage door opener on your console screen when Homelink is free.
