Unfortunately, the required welcome video call was rejected twice because of my hearing disability. I also experienced rude and unprofessional behavior from one of the employees. scam app, i download because of promo, and the costumer service told me to waiting 7days after use and get cashback, but after waiting 1 month, nothing happened 🫵 i waste my 9$, and now I'm never use this app again, thanks honest for the time.

The app is very simple and easy to use, which I really appreciate. However, it lacks a feature to show how many months are left to pay off the installments, which would be very helpful to track. Also, the monthly admin fee is just too expensive for me. I hope the developers can consider lowering the fees and adding the installment tracker in future updates.
