The app won't let me register. I can't get past the final screen to accept the privacy policy check box and submit. It keeps taking me back to the same submittal screen. And now it says my email is already taken. I tried to sign in but nothing happens either. Based on other reviews of the app, just stay away. Sounds like you need to add extra money in the app that you would have to ask for a refund anyways so may as well just overpay at a kiosk to make sure you don't get a ticket. POS app.

I don't think I've had a worse parking app experience than this. They're all pretty bad, but Hotspot seems like it was intentionally designed to be as hostile as possible. Oregon City needs to switch immediately. I've never before been required to keep a balance (minimum $10) just to pay 70¢ to park. On top of that, you can't have more than one active session, so I can't pay for parking more than one of my cars at once! Completely outrageous.

My account has been locked for no reason. The app has been buggy recently, and there were times were I can't log in. Today, I logged into the app with my email and I saw this error saying that my account was locked, I looked at my email and it redirected me to the website. I tried logging in with my Google account and the same thing happened like what it did in the app. Hopefully the developers can patch the bugs and fix the errors.
