Ratings and reviews

I've been using this app and a laser jet printer from HP for four years now. The app is difficult to navigate, advertises a lot, and struggles to connect to the printer regularly. Why is the app difficult to navigate? The location of key controls that aren't advertisements move locations every few months. Buttons like 'Print a Document' are usually kept small and get shifted from place to place. They are the only buttons I use!

This app is trash. You only get one chance to set up your printer and scan a few documents. God forbid you have to reconnect the printer to a different WiFi or check on any printer settings afterwards, the app would just be stuck on a loading page. I have to wipe the app's internal storage everytime and complete the setup process again before I can do anything.

This app is literally garbage. Does not work outside the house, it disconnects every single time where I would have to go back into the other HP service app to open the HP app. I'm currently away from home and the HP app won't launch, it stays in "loading" indefinitely and there's no way to print. I check the play store to see if the app has an update, to my surprise, it doesn't. Literal garbage product and app. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND! Get another brand.
