I think this is silly since it's a computer support app that's on your phone, I like the support assistant on my computer (the device that has the problem and being used at the time) it worked perfectly on my computer and did what I needed it to do.

HP 24 hour technician service is non existent. they will answer the phone are there convenience and call you at the convenience add all hours of the night when you do get help you better make sure the right department and if they cancel the policy on you or if you cancel the policy and they will tell you that there will be no money owed don't believe them. go by yourself another Brand of printer because these agents don't speak English and disagree with them they will hang up

This may be a good product IF you didn't have to log into your hp account to use it. It kept telling me my password was invalid. I went through the change password routine at least 5 times; was told the change was successful, and still told me it was wrong when I tried logging in. I'm thinking of buying a Canon printer.
