I think this is silly since it's a computer support app that's on your phone, I like the support assistant on my computer (the device that has the problem and being used at the time) it worked perfectly on my computer and did what I needed it to do.

Printer randomly becomes "unavailable" for printing. Via HP's support website, troubleshoot/fix via Windows or Mac OS only. It tells me to download this app instead. I did, connected with the virtual agent, it says the fix will only take 5-10 minutes. Then it asks if I'm using Windows or Mac!?!? I respond Android. It won't continue, it keeps asking if I want to change the topic to (insert any and all other support topics here). Still can't print anything. This must be a joke, right???

This may be a good product IF you didn't have to log into your hp account to use it. It kept telling me my password was invalid. I went through the change password routine at least 5 times; was told the change was successful, and still told me it was wrong when I tried logging in. I'm thinking of buying a Canon printer.
