Worst banking app I've ever used. Crashes regularly trying to Mobile deposit checks. Over the past year I've submitted probably three dozen crash reports and nothing has changed. And every time it crashes or even when it doesn't register the picture, you have to go all the way back to the beginning and do it all over again. Takes me regularly 10 to 15 minutes to deposit a single check.

Slow as molasses in the android version, just waiting for the screen to update, login, etc. Cannot save user ID name. Lack of logic - too many times requiring verification. no improvement for over a year.

Takes multiple log ins and 20 plus attempts to deposit a check. no other banking app comes close to the horrible experience this app provides. back to the drawing board guys and gals.
