probably the worst banking app ever. The Call Service is useless too. 4 weeks and counting with no access to my accounts. Calling the help desk, when the connection is good enough to hear, results in "..I will have to call you back.." to which a return call takes days. no waiting for my 4th "call back" and 4 weeks and still no access to my account.

Horrible app! They always "force" an update every week or almost and each time I need to re-enter my creditials / including biometrics. It's over the top. It takes way too much time just to get my balance. It's pointless and unproductive... I can't take any screenshots for my records. The list goes on... HSBC should look at what the other banks are doing!
