When I applied for their Lifeline special offering, which included my choice of some great smartphones and an unlimited data plan, their customer service rep spelled my last name incorrectly. When I informed them about their error, it's been a nightmare ever since trying to correct their mistake...and get one of the phones of my choice and the unlimited data plan they offered me. They sent me a different phone with very limited data,as I learned after the SIM card was installed. Disappointing.

more data than other providers. not the 15 gigs advertised.Only get 10 SLOW gigs! Webpages only load half way regardless of how long I wait. So yea, I have data but it's unusable! Most web pages won't completely load, I get notifications from apps all the time that I don't have a data connection other times when I'm trying to click on a button it doesn't respond, videos literally buffer every 5 seconds then plays for 2 sec. then buffers again. Unuseabe because the data is so slow & frustrating!!

this review isn't for the app because I don't use it; it's for the service as a whole. I do not recommend it. unless you spend money you'll get the worst phone they have. I don't get my text notifications, phone doesn't ring when people call, it overheats when in use, which causes it to freeze, so it has to be restarted. can't use it while it's on the charger because it won't charge. even without using it while it's on the charger, it takes FOUR HOURS to get to 100%. don't waste your time.
