When I applied for their Lifeline special offering, which included my choice of some great smartphones and an unlimited data plan, their customer service rep spelled my last name incorrectly. When I informed them about their error, it's been a nightmare ever since trying to correct their mistake...and get one of the phones of my choice and the unlimited data plan they offered me. They sent me a different phone with very limited data,as I learned after the SIM card was installed. Disappointing.

They sent me a defective phone and then refused to replace it so now I'm stuck with a phone where the screen freezes during calls and you have to remove the battery to be able to end calls. Every call. Worst service and customer service I have ever encountered.

Completely unsatisfied! Customer service is pretty much non existent! I called multiple times just to be left on hold for an hour and 10 minutes each time and then it would just hang up. i applied in July and was supposed to be getting a free phone and never did. All they did was send me a sim card which wasn't until October! They claim they can't send me a phone so what am I supposed to do with my sim card with my free service? Do not recommend at all.
