When I applied for their Lifeline special offering, which included my choice of some great smartphones and an unlimited data plan, their customer service rep spelled my last name incorrectly. When I informed them about their error, it's been a nightmare ever since trying to correct their mistake...and get one of the phones of my choice and the unlimited data plan they offered me. They sent me a different phone with very limited data,as I learned after the SIM card was installed. Disappointing.

I can't access customer support! not even when I call. I have never been able to login to the app no matter what do! I have a broken device. I have been calling and trying to login for a week now. I can't even get someone on the phone. I listen to elevator music for 30 minutes every day now. it's sad because it's free doesn't mean forget the ppl you issued them too. ist just weird 😕

same issues like every one else but mine won't receive in coming calls. they never go through. and there's no customer service to be had. looks like someone didn't use the funding for what it was for. the advertising for this company misrepresents the actual product/service. very disappointing.
