The phone has been raggedy since it arrived. I called and was told I would have to pay a large amount of money for the phone if they don't find a issue with it yet the phone doesn't load,stay charged and the speaker goes in and out since delivered. Of course I didn't risk it being forced to pay for a defective phone or having bad credit wasn't worth the risk. I can't seem to get in touch with anyone once again to cancel out the service! Definitely not a good service! Phones are outdated as well

I can't access customer support! not even when I call. I have never been able to login to the app no matter what do! I have a broken device. I have been calling and trying to login for a week now. I can't even get someone on the phone. I listen to elevator music for 30 minutes every day now. it's sad because it's free doesn't mean forget the ppl you issued them too. ist just weird 😕

more data than other providers. not the 15 gigs advertised.Only get 10 SLOW gigs! Webpages only load half way regardless of how long I wait. So yea, I have data but it's unusable! Most web pages won't completely load, I get notifications from apps all the time that I don't have a data connection other times when I'm trying to click on a button it doesn't respond, videos literally buffer every 5 seconds then plays for 2 sec. then buffers again. Unuseabe because the data is so slow & frustrating!!
