Not sure if it's the phone, service or both! But i absolutely hate it! This by far is the worst experience I've had! Literally every app i try to use tells me to either "shut down or wait". If I choose to wait I get the error message every so many seconds. Nothing I seem to access can be done without some type of problem. I have never been so miserable with a phone as I am currently. Heaven forbid if I'm ever in a hurry I need to use the phone for something or another. It takes 5 times longer!

horrible app. I've written them over and over again with no reply. They send me useless phones that don't work properly , there seems to be no technical department , and to top it off ,when you try and call to talk to them their English is SO bad, you can't understand anything they say. That's what happens when the gov. sends free phones from companies OUTSIDE oF THE UNITED STATES!! Philippines. 👈You betcha.. and now they can't " find" my account".

I can't lie I have absolutely hated my new phone from day 1. It reminds me of a Fisher-Price toy so if you guys are going to get the fox phone DONT! GET anything else besides any of the foxx phones. When I first got my phone about a month ago I reached out to customer support through email to try to trade this phone out or cancel my service of course no reply & so I'm stuck with this POS phone! PLEASE DONT GET A FOXX PHONE, YOULL REGRET IT! Also data runs out way too quick and I barely used it
