Honestly, not a fan. Service is dicey at best. I find that the phone they sent was absolutely terrible, it did down once it's at 25% battery life and won't start up again until it's at 75, which takes about 4 hours on the charger that was sent with the phone. it takes so long to load anything, I ended up going and getting GOOGLE-FI because this was so unreliable. I hate leaving reviews like this, but please work on your system, I wanted to like this service, I really did.

the AirTalk company and personnel are incompetent, this refurbish phone they sent me is not good. I have talked to livechat 3 or 4 times. sent E-mail and this refurbished phone. it gets very hot 🔥🔥 when it's charging for a hour. the phone doesn't hold a full charge. please don't go to this stay away from AirTalk company. they don't treat there customers right. I'm looking for a better phone company!!

The phone is not what I was supposed to get. It deletes on its own,it changes apps on me all the time,the texting will skip a space and letter in words constantly,it cuts off on its own even when my ph is charged,customer service is the worst I've had,on hold over an hr every time I tried to talk to a real cs rep . and they do not keep their word nor honor their gift vouchers for new customers. I'm unhappy n dissatisfied with this company. no care for customers ,or junk phones they give out.
