my phone was fine until Easter Sunday. it updated and now ads pop up when I open anything and it keeps scrolling on its own. it has made calls, changed settings, even set other things up! I'm afraid it might order something on its own. I factory reset it and it didn't help. customer service won't answer me back. I need this phone I have two grandkids I'm taking care of. I don't know what to do.

This particular app does absolutely nothing for me or my phone for that matter. I have 3 AirTalk apps on my phone and one of them won't save anything to the app, such as email, password or not even my phone number. The other one does work, it's just hard to get into it.

Honestly, not a fan. Service is dicey at best. I find that the phone they sent was absolutely terrible, it did down once it's at 25% battery life and won't start up again until it's at 75, which takes about 4 hours on the charger that was sent with the phone. it takes so long to load anything, I ended up going and getting GOOGLE-FI because this was so unreliable. I hate leaving reviews like this, but please work on your system, I wanted to like this service, I really did.
