- Find a doctor, pharmacy, dentist, hospital, urgent care center or retail clinic. Search by name, specialty, ZIP code or current location.*

Premium Payment

- HumanaOne and Medicare members; make one-time payments, set up recurring payments, add/edit/delete payment methods, view payment history and invoice details

Profile
- View and edit your profile information (depending on your plan, certain fields may not be editable)

*Requires location sharing enabled on your phone. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

Ratings and reviews

This app is a joke. Users receive an email each month to let the user know the latest summary statement is available. Then you log in, see the new month report, and click on it to download it, but it just spins and spins. You simply can't download it right after they send out the notice. Sometimes you can download it the next day or two. Just a really poor designed app.

Update is trash. I put in my zip code to change my location and it says invalid zip code. Which would be fine if it defaulted to my plans location but instead it goes with some random state on the other side of the country. I put in 8 different very valid zip codes and all of them come back as "invalid zip code, try again." Not to mention the new layout is non intuitive and chunky and gives you 0 information now. Sure it's "easier to read" but only because it's got 20% of the info it used to

This app is useless. Not only is information displayed on top of each other but it doesn't give the information needed. For example, it does not give you anywhere in the app which plan you have or the plan information. It has a drop down with a category called premiums but it does not tell what your premiums are it just tells you if it's paid and give you option to pay even though it is already set up for automatic withdrawal. When I was with the competitor company I could look up everything.
