It's fun, easy and intuitive, whether you're a fitness buff, you're just starting to get active or you're working to lose a few pounds.

In the app:

• Connect the Go365 App to your Apple Health, Samsung Health or other fitness apps and devices to track your data.

• Take the Go365 Health Assessment for insight into your health and habits. Then, choose how to get started from a variety of activities, which help you earn rewards.

• Want to step it up? Engage in some healthy competition—solo or on a team—with Challenges.

• After all your hard work, use your rewards to treat yourself in the Go365 Mall.

i have enjoyed the app so far. it is fun earning points working toward my goal of an item in the store. however, the "challenges" page on the app crashes *all* the time!! i can not check my progress without it crashing and having to start over. this is horribly annoying! if they would fix this issue i would give them 5 stars easily (that is how often and annoying the crashes are).

THIS IS THE WORST!!!! It hasn"t worked since they did the last update. The app stops syncing to SH for no reason. All the boxes are checked & it worked fine up til it didn't. I have missed out on completing several challenges & activities due to this sync issue. My insurance discount depends on the accuracy of this information. I will probably lose my discount due to this app not working properly. YES I HAVE FOLLOWED ALL THE STEPS TO REINSTALL & IT STILL DOESN'T WORK!!!

Not reliable! The app will not open. When I open it, it automatically closes, stating there is a bug with the app. I have cleared the cache, uninstalled, restarted my phone, and reinstalled. It does the same thing. I contacted support a couple of weeks ago but have yet to hear back. What is the point of the app if it doesn't work? Just so Humana doesn't have to award points, I suppose. So disappointing!
